Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Glowfireplace. Please read our shipping 
policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through 
Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery within the 
United Kingdom takes between 3 to 5 business days. Total delivery 
time is therefore between 4 to 7 business days from the date of 
your order.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No 
minimum order value is required.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation 
email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your 
order at any time.

Delays
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons 
such as the winter holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused 
by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us 
immediately at support@glowfireplace.co.uk with your order number 
and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
