Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on glowfireplace.co.uk. 
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where 
applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without 
prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price 
displayed at the time of checkout.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation 
email. This email confirms that we have received your order. It does 
not constitute acceptance of your order.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major 
credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All 
transactions are processed securely.

Shipping
Orders are shipped to the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are 
between 8 to 15 business days. Full details are available in our 
Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery, in addition to 
your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts 
Regulations 2013. Full details are available in our Refund Policy. 
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights 
Act 2015 if an item is faulty or not as described.

Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out 
of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a 
full refund.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this 
period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be 
cancelled. This is separate from your statutory right to cancel 
under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which applies once 
you have received your order.

Governing Law
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance 
with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to 
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
