Does this electric fireplace produce real heat?
Yes. Our electric fireplaces combine a realistic LED flame display with built-in supplementary heating. Heat settings and maximum output vary by model, so please check the specifications on the product page.
The flame effect can also be enjoyed independently from the heater, making your fireplace suitable for creating ambience throughout the year.
Which installation options are available?
Installation options vary by model. Depending on the fireplace selected, it may be:
• Recessed into a media wall
• Mounted directly onto a wall
• Used as a freestanding fireplace
• Installed with one, two or three visible glass sides

How do I choose the correct size?
Measure the available wall or recess carefully and compare it with the exact dimensions shown for your chosen size.
For a balanced appearance beneath a television, many customers choose a fireplace that is approximately the same width as the TV or slightly wider. For recessed installations, check both the overall dimensions and the required opening dimensions before building your media wall.

Can I install a television above the fireplace?
Yes, many of our electric fireplaces are suitable for media-wall installations with a television above.
The required spacing depends on the model, heat outlet and wall construction. Keep all ventilation openings unobstructed and follow the clearances stated in the installation manual. If you are building a recessed media wall, we recommend planning the fireplace and television positions with a qualified installer.
How much electricity does it use?
Electricity use depends on whether you activate the heater.
The flame-only setting uses considerably less power than the heating function. When heating is switched on, consumption depends on the selected heat level, thermostat setting and how long the fireplace operates. The thermostat helps reduce unnecessary heating by cycling the unit once the chosen temperature is reached.
